These Terms and Conditions govern your use of interstatesupercheapremovals.com.au and provide general terms for enquiries and services offered by Interstate Supercheap Movers. Any written quote, booking confirmation or service agreement supplied to you forms part of the agreement and will prevail to the extent of any inconsistency.
Website information
Website content is general information only. We take reasonable care to keep it accurate, but service availability, travel times, pricing and other details may change. A website enquiry does not create a confirmed booking.
Quotes and bookings
Quotes are based on information you provide, including locations, dates, access conditions, inventory, volume, distance and requested services. A booking is confirmed only when we accept it and any stated booking requirements are completed. Additional charges may apply where the actual work, access, waiting time, inventory or other circumstances differ from the information supplied.
Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, ensure lawful and safe access, identify fragile, valuable, dangerous or restricted items, pack items appropriately unless packing is included, and be available or appoint an authorised representative at collection and delivery. You must not ask us to transport unlawful, hazardous or prohibited items.
Changes, delays and cancellations
Tell us promptly if booking details change. Rescheduling, cancellation, waiting-time or other charges apply only where stated in your written quote or booking confirmation and subject to applicable law. Travel, traffic, weather, access restrictions, mechanical issues and events outside reasonable control may affect timing. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate material delays.
Third-party services
Where a booking involves third-party transport, storage, parking, toll, ferry or other providers, their terms may also apply. We remain responsible for obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Loss, damage and complaints
Please inspect goods as soon as reasonably possible and notify us promptly of any concern, with relevant details and evidence. Any insurance or liability arrangements depend on the written documents provided for your booking. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
Website use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with website operation, or use content unlawfully. Website material, branding and original content are owned by or licensed to Interstate Supercheap Movers and may not be reproduced without permission except as permitted by law.

Governing law
